To make problems go away, you have to be bigger than your problems. Sometimes things are scary and out of control, but you have to remember that you are loved and you have friends and there is no problem put in front of you that you can't handle. When we believe that God is on our side and helping us to overcome obstacles, then we can Dominate our problems and be impervious to criticisms of others and take charge and be a leader.
