GRATITUDE

I am grateful for all that I have and I ask God to help me to keep what I have. I ask for help to keep the love in my life moving onward and I want to spread my love to the world. I am grateful for a chance to give my gifts to the world. I have love and honesty and warmth in my heart.

DETERMINATION

Determination. Doing what needs to be done to get the job done.

REMARKABLE

How can I be Remarkable? How can I achieve remarkable goals? Or what are goals that if I achieved them would make me feel remarkable? I definitely feel that all goals that are centered around learning and improving and doing better for my family are on this list. I really enjoy learning and finding new ways to think about things. When I learn something new, it really motivates me and gives me confidence to learn more. Learning about the Punnett Square or the different types of elements on the periodic table, or learning about Social Darwinism are really fun ways for me to learn about my environment and explore new possibilities, and maybe find better solutions. I'm really not in favor of Social Darwinism, I don't think 10% of the population should control 90% of the nations wealth.

INCREDIBLE

In what way are you Incredible? This is a good question to ask, when you need a boost.
What was something Incredible that you did today?  I feel that being yourself and being honest to others and open to others is a great way to expand your own possibilities. When people are down, you can be a friend and truly make a difference to them.

HEALING

What in your life is healing? For me, it would things like sailing. or basketball or a game of horseshoes or pool. Healing activities are great for the heart.

TOP

What do you have going on in your life that makes you feel like you're on top? For me, my family makes me feel great about who I am and I feel motivated to continue to achieve my goals. I am finishing off my teacher certification and I feel very grateful to have a job and friends and family around me who are supportive of me. I think that it is important to trust other people and work with others to achieve your goals. I am hoping swim with the dolphins in the near future, which is another one of my goals as well. Having things to strive for is a great way to make you feel like you're on top of things. Continue to read and study and learn more each day helps me to feel confident and on top of things too.

Today was a day full of experiences and friends and new situations. I think one of the most electric things about the day was spending time with my son. Playing with him on the floor and singing with him. Through spending time with loved ones, I feel that I can generate more good things for my life. I want to keep things moving and keep energy flowing in my life like a giant generator of good things. I believe that frustration and failure at times can catapult you to higher ground as long as you look at these situations as temporary setbacks and get yourself back on the horse and continue to generate love and power into your life. I feel that like a generator, I can convert that negative energy into positive energy and have what I really want. I can take the things that I don't like and transform them into energizing situations that cause me to grow and develop.

INTEGRATION

Integrate yourself with everything around you. Create Harmony with all people and all things. Once I used to think that I could separate myself from others. I thought that somehow what happened to others didn't effect me. The truth is you don't succeed until everyone around you is a success. Even better than achieving what you want is allowing others to achieve their dreams.

Sometimes it hard to connect with people in a positive way. Right now I feel like it's harder to find free time with a nine month old. It seems like all my hobbies and activities are taking a back seat to being a full time dad. I'd like to ride my bike this summer and play golf and do some sailing, maybe write in my blog, but it seems like I just don't have time like I used to. The important thing to remember though is that life is full of blessings. My son is definitely a blessing in my life and now that he's crawling and squirmy, it's even more of a challenge to get him to sit still, but I feel connected to my son. I love to see him smile and giggle and I feel that I am in harmony with my life and accept the changes that are being made. I just appreciate the free moments even more when they come along. I fully appreciate this moment right now. I can reflect on my son and on my day is nice for me because it allows me to find that special place inside where all is good and all is love. People need to feel your love for them as well. Look for ways you can help others achieve while simultaneously achieving your goals. There's a great story about a man that was hiking on a mountain and it was freezing cold and in a life and death situation, some of the hikers were going to leave one of the men behind so that they could live, but one man stayed behind and helped the man and kept rubbing his legs and hands until he regained consciousness and they both went safely down the mountain. It turned out that the man who saved the hiker had a low body temperature and would have died if he had not been rubbing the other man's skin, so saving the hiker saved his own life as well. This is a great story about the human spirit. You will find a perfect sense of harmony when you help others to find success.

The point of life is not to live, the point is to Thrive. Live life with a BOOM. Let yourself make some noise. Let life take you to exciting places. Don't get stuck in that place of boredom and people not giving you what you want. Look for ways to interrupt the pattern and make life work for you. You deserve the best of everything. God is watching out for you and may test you at times to see if you can get through the rough patches.

HERO

Isn't it wonderful to be a hero? Having a hero in your life is a great feeling too. I have done things in my life, like become a teacher and a black belt so that I could be a hero to others. I like the idea of being a role model for others. I want to be someone that others can confide in. Being heroic can make your life meaningful. The goals you set for yourself can make you stronger as a person.

TREMENDOUS

I think about all the tremendous happenings in my life. Getting married, purchasing a home, receiving my Masters in Special Education, having a baby.... I feel really great to have all these things in my life. I like the idea of living a life that is tremendous and receiving more wonderful things in my life.

YOUTH

Youth doesn't have have to be reserved for young people. Today I played basketball with some younger kids and I was instantly transported back to the schoolyard. I feel good about having a childlike spirit. Besides, grown ups are just big kids anyway. We should remember our youth and live with childlike wonder. We should still be excited about Christmas and weekends and holidays.

HEART

Hi. Yes, I missed yesterday. My job required me to spend the night at a different location and they didn't have internet. But I am committed to my goals and working on them through this blog. That is my determination and the strength of my heart. I want to keep striving for my goals and helping other people to achieve their goals. Life is full of things that we can't control, but one thing that we can control is how we choose to work with what we have. Just because something doesn't work exactly the way you wanted, doesn't mean that we should scrap it. Use the drive and courage and heart inside you to make things work. Don't worry about what other people are doing or experiencing.  Focus on the progress you make everyday. Make things work for you through your persistence towards your goals. Feel what's in your heart and work towards your heart's desire.

What are the Treasures in your life?
Looks at the world through a child's eyes and see the wonders all around you. Every moment is a fresh moment. Behind every experience is something that can change your life. New opportunities are out there for all of us if we look for them. If we focus on the things that bring us joy, than we can have the great life that we desire. Life is full of treasures. Not too long ago I went to the local fairgrounds with my wife and my son and our friends and their children and we ate fried dough and cheeseburgers and went on rides and played games. That was a great treasure, and it's little events like this that we need to remember. We need to remember that the time we spend with friends and family are the true treasures in life.

AMAZING

What are the amazing moments in your life? Do the amazing moments just come or do they require effort on your part? I believe that sometimes amazing things just turn up in our lives. Sometimes if we just visualize amazing things, they appear for our lives, and sometimes we need to put the effort forth and make the amazing things happen in our lives. There are no glowing rewards without effort. If I hadn't studied and worked hard and continued my training, I would never have gotten my black belt in karate, and soon my goal of teacher certification will come to fruition. The best way to live an amazing life is to follow through on the things you really want in life. Everything that we do in life comes from our desire to have something amazing happen to us. It's a great feeling when you can work with a group and come up with a plan to make everyone work together as a unit to get results.

DETERMINATION

Discouraged? Overwhelmed? Lonely? Don't give up. This is a test of your determination. People will want you to quit, but don't do it. See it through. No one else can live your dream. No one else can make your dreams real. Breathe and stand strong and make things happen. My sailboat capsized the other day. I was the butt of many jokes, but who cares. I'm getting in a boat tomorrow and I can't wait to do it all over again. Why should you let other people dictate your life? Why be influenced by them? For every day that you feel discouraged, there's a day that everything just flows into place. For every day that you feel lonely, there is a group of supportive people just around the corner. When I was younger I spent a lot of time trying to please other people or get other people to like me and I realize it is not worth doing. If I want joy and success in my life, I'm not going to waste time trying to get other people's attention especially now when I know that they really didn't have what I wanted in the first place.

NETWORK

Networking is a great way to get things done. Networking through friends and through colleagues will get you to achieve goals faster. The magic that you've heard about and dreamed about is real. When you have a team working with you and you have purpose backing up what you do, nothing can stop you. Purpose is stronger than outcome. Setting goals without a network of other people in mind will not bring your goals into focus. The real reason to set goals in life is what they will make of you as a person. The manifestation process needs to include who you want to be. How will you work with the people around you to get the results that you need? Becoming the kind of person who can manifest for themselves and the people around you is motivating to create more for your life. People come first in all endeavors and the real power comes from attaining more so that you can benefit others, such as family and loved ones. Make your goals real in your mind and work with people to achieve your goals while helping others at the same time. This will help you attain your goals at a faster rate.

ADVENTURE

Live a life of Adventure. I believe that a life should be adventurous, but being impetuous will get you into trouble. Being brave and being outgoing are important when you have to be, but if you're always seeking the thrill, that will be dangerous and land you into trouble.

NICHE

Niche: a place or position suitable or appropriate for a person orthing: to find one's niche in the business world.
It's important to find your niche in life

 Finding your niche can help you in your career and can help you to build a future for yourself.
 There are people who have found their niche who have gone on to great wealth. Kevin Eastman and Peter Laird gave us the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles from an idea they had for a comic book in 1984 from a studio in Dover, New Hampshire, not far from where I live. They were both creative artists with an idea that they brought to live and they now have TV shows and movies and great success in their lives.


When you have an idea and you are part of the right team at the right time and you have the energy and motivation to see it through, you will see this kind of success manifest in your own life.

ARTISTRY

Artistry: artistic quality or craft

You can find artistry in any event that you can think of. I feel that artistry can make things spectacular. This weekend I was playing a pool game and I had a shot in the corner pocket that I thought was a little tricky, but then I saw all these balls lined up and the opponents ball close to the hole. I was going to shoot towards the other balls but then the other people said I was being foolish, so I shot at the ball in the corner, and missed and then the other guy got 3 balls in a row and we ended up losing the game. I'm not saying if I had shot at the other balls we would have won, but it would have been a creative shot and maybe something would have happened differently. My point is people will try to talk you out of your artistry and tell you that your idea is foolish, but what have you got to lose? Why not use artistry to come up with a creative alternative and if you fail, then you fail on your terms and not someone else's.

DYNAMIC

Today we start a new month. Summer is in full swing. Time for an energetic and active life. Seeing familiar faces, camping in the great outdoors, fireside chats. Let's add dynamism to each task we have to do this month: mowing the lawn, straightening up the house, going to social functions that we aren't 100 percent excited about. From now on all these things will be Dynamic. We will add our own excitement and energy to these chores.
