TITLE

I'm asking this question: What great things are in store for me in the near future? I think if you ask that question each day, you'll come up with answers and you'll come up with great answers. I want to make a Title for mysef that I can believe in. A Title like: Brendan and his Faith Get him All the Wonderful Gifts that Life has to Offer. Doesn't that sound good? It's good to make a title for yourself and you should probably do that each day. How about: Brendan Follows God's Plan and Creates A Better World for himself and Everyone Around Him.
Ooh, hey, I like that. Anyway let's have a great day. Let's have a great life. Why Not? Why not make life great and make life beautiful? It just seems like that's the way it should be. Things happen and things change and instead of cursing the change, embrace the change! Embrace all the changes that come your way. What good is a life with no changes? What makes a great movie? Each story has to have an arc. Live your Title. Make a great Title for yourself and strike gold.

How do I get myself in a situation where I am in control and relaxed and doing an excellent job so that everyone wants me to work for them?
I think the best way to live a full and healthy life is to be a warm and generous person and not think of all the times you've been wronged in the past. Going back and reliving the things that made you mad is not the way to go. The best way to live is like the Gopher from Caddyshack. He loves every minute and he's always dancing and having a good time. Everyone wants to be like the Gopher. I have decided that I'm going to live a life where I'm always dancing because I'm always having a good time.

What can I do today to feel loved and appreciated and well respected? Today I want to have all kinds of love and respect and appreciation. I want people to accept me for who I am and not be judgmental. If I can feel like I belong, then I can feel appreciated for what I have to contribute. I want to Nestle in to a warm blanket. Nestling in to a blanket makes people feel good and brings warmth. I want to bring that warmth to others. I can be love and appreciated just like the warm blanket.

Today is a day to feel the positive tingles. Instead of feeling nervous, I can feel the positive tingles of self-confidence and joy and pride and passion. I am a giver. SOAK

So'k. Everything is So'k. I may not be in control of what other people sa and do. I may be moved out of my current position at my job with only a "sorry" as a result, but I am flexible in my apporach and I can make lemonade out of any situation. I can roll with it. I need to go to the doctor? Roll with it. My son fell down the stairs? Roll with it. I am in charge and I am surrounded by beautiful people. God put these particular people in my life for a reason and I intend to do my best to work with others and feel good about the work that I do. I will soak up all the information that is bing presented to me and us it to my advantage to make things work. Soak up every moment of love and energy and joy and remember who I am. Soak it up and feel the love.

EXHIBIT

The 4 actions I need to take in my life are:
1. Sign up for Tae Kwon Do
2. treadmill 5 times a week for 1/2 hr a day
3. DHMC
4. Teacher certification

There's are things that I know I should do, but have been putting off because of the pain involved with doing things that take time. I have to give myself the energy and the enthusiasm because I need to be in good shape for my family: Physically, emotionally and spiritually. There are people depending on me and if I don't follow through the pain will be devastating. I want people to see my life as an exhibit. I want people to see me as someone who went after what he wanted and achieved it so that I have a legacy when I am gone.

RINK

I feel that I'm a skater on the rink and I need to score. My life has its ups and downs and I need to come out a champion. I can come out a champion too. There are things I can do to improve the quality of my life. I need to step up and rise to the challenge. I need to pass my science test, I need to get teacher certification and I need to find that teaching job. I want to make good choices and come off as someone that has lots of friends and notoriety and success. I can gain more success by taking on new challenges and doing the things that I ought to do.
